• The itinerary may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions or policies set by the management of Lan Ha Bay.
• All activities are included and optional. Guests can stay on the boat and relax instead of participating in external activities.
• The standard menu on board is served for all customers. If you have special dietary requests, please inform us at least 24 hours before departure.
• Please arrive on time. If you are late for the cruise's pick-up time, you will need to pay for a private speedboat to reach the cruise location.
• Bring a valid ID/Passport for check-in. For children under 11, a copy of the birth certificate is required for age verification when boarding.

• One child aged 0-3 years old accompanying parents is free of charge. For the second child aged 1-3 years old, 50% of the adult price will be charged.
• From 4-6 years old will be charged 50% of the adult price, without an extra bed.
• From 7-10 years old will be charged 75% of the adult price, without an extra bed.
• From 11 and older will be charged as adults and will have an extra bed. 

Note: Children requiring an extra bed will be charged at the adult price.

• On Christmas Eve, December 24, and New Year's Eve, December 31: A surcharge of 1,000,000 VND per adult guest.
• On New Year's Day, January 1: A surcharge of 500,000 VND per guest.
• On National Day, September 2, and the holidays of April 30 and May 1: A surcharge of 300,000 VND per adult guest.
• During Tet Holiday on December 30 and the first, second, and third days of Tet: A surcharge of 300,000 VND per adult guest.
• There will be an additional charge if the ticket price increases at the time of check-in, according to government regulations.

• Tours currently enjoying promotional prices cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Date changes are allowed up to 6 days before check-in for groups of fewer than 20 guests and up to 15 days before check-in for groups of 20 guests or more.
• Changes are not allowed within 5 days before check-in; if changed, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Within 3 days before check-in, full payment of 100% is required. If not paid, the booking will be automatically canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
• No reduction in the number of booked guests is allowed within 3 days before check-in; if reduced, a 100% fee will be charged.
