Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Check-In Policy:

When checking in, please present:

- Your ID card or passport.

Note: According to Vietnamese law, if a foreign guest and a Vietnamese guest are staying in the same room, a marriage certificate is required.

Cancellation/Modification Policy:

Cancellation/Modification Fee = Hotel's cancellation/modification fee + Daiichi's transaction processing fee.

Hotel's Cancellation/Modification Fee:

• Reservations cannot be refunded or canceled, but changes to the booking are permitted.

Daiichi's Transaction Processing Fee:

• For bookings under 3 million VND: 2% of the total booking value (minimum 30,000 VND).
• For bookings over 3 million VND: 1.5% of the total booking value.

Child and Extra Bed Policy:

Guests over 11 years old: Considered adults.
