2. How can I pay?

3. How do I know I have made a successful booking?

Once you have successfully paid for your service, you will receive an electronic reservation code and all the itinerary information to the email you registered with. This is the basis for confirming that you have successfully booked and paid for that journey with Daiichi Travel. Or call our contacts.

In case you pay directly at Daiichi Travel office, we will issue a receipt to you.

 

 

4. Why don’t we have a paper reservation?

Booking tickets via website www.daiichitravel.com is an electronic transaction, so we do not issue a paper confirmation of service but only send an electronic reservation code to your email. You can print it out, or read the service code to Daiichi Travel staff at the pick-up point when starting the service.

 

 

5. To avoid any omissions (if any), please note the following cases:

- Please contact us if you do not receive a phone confirmation of departure time, number of tickets booked and other necessary information from our operator no later than 10 hours before departure time .

- It is recommended to arrive at the appointed location at least 15 minutes before departure time. Missing the flight due to late arrival, wrong location or other objective reasons from the customer, we will assist with other possible optimal solutions such as: Changing the nearest trip, contacting a partner car , arrange a private car... All costs incurred (if any) will be clearly informed to the customer before agreeing to the alternative.

- In case of missed flight due to Daiichi Travel’s fault, we (except in case of force majeure) are responsible for dealing with alternative plans with the consent of the customer. 6. Has the passenger’s schedule ever changed?

- In case of force majeure, Daiichi Travel must change your itinerary or schedule. We will notify you immediately by contacting the phone number or email you have registered. Therefore, the information you provide us is very important. This will help us quickly contact you in the most accurate way when there are changes.

- In case you do not agree with the change, but due to force majeure we still have to cancel the trip, we will refund the service you have paid.

 

 

7. Cancellation policy

- In case Daiichi Travel cancels a ride or service, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and try to assist the passenger to find the most similar replacement service. If the customer does not agree to use an alternative service, we will refund the service fee. The amount of the refund depends on the person who cancels the trip and the time of notification to the customer.

- If the trip is canceled due to force majeure such as: natural disaster, enemy sabotage, storm, flood... We will offer alternative solutions if the customer agrees or we will refund 100% of the amount. the customer has paid for the service. In the case of: Heavy rain, epidemic, .. but the trip is still allowed according to the regulations of the state management, the case of cancellation is due to concerns from tourists, we will support the maximum solutions. replacement such as: Change departure date, change to another service, all costs incurred (if any) will be clearly discussed before you agree to change.

 

 

8. Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?

- After successful booking, your booked service is confirmed Valid, but you can still cancel it. However, we will deduct a service fee from your service fee (Calculated as a percentage of the original service price, ie the price of the service without promotion or discount) depending on the cancellation time. service.
