Here's the itinerary for the Hanoi to Cat Ba journey

1. Pick-up from Hanoi and depart for Cat Ba.
2. Travel via the Highway 5B from Hanoi to Hai Phong to Got High-Speed Ferry Terminal, Cat Hai (approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes with a 15-minute break).
3. At Got Pier, passengers disembark and carry luggage onto the high-speed ferry to Cai Vieng Pier (a 6-minute ride).
4. Upon arrival at Cai Vieng Pier, passengers board waiting vehicles for transfer to Cat Ba Town (approximately 40 minutes).
5. Drop-off at the hotel in Cat Ba town center or the nearest point to the hotel.

Ticket cancellation policy:

From September 5 to March 31 every year (excluding public holidays and Tet).

• If you cancel more than 12 hours before the departure time: no fee will be charged.
• If you cancel between 6 and 12 hours before the departure time: 50% of the ticket price will be charged.
• If you cancel less than 6 hours before the departure time, or if you do not show up at the meeting point, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes later than the scheduled meeting time, or if you do not arrive at the office within 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time: 100% of the ticket price will be charged.

From April 1 to September 5 every year (excluding public holidays and Tet).

• If you cancel more than 12 hours before the departure time: no fee will be charged.
• If you cancel within 12 hours before the departure time: 100% of the ticket price will be charged.

Cancellation policy during public holidays and Tet is as follows:

Public holidays as announced by the government: New Year’s Day (January 1), Lunar New Year (1st, 2nd, and 3rd days of the Lunar calendar each year), Reunification Day and Labor Day (April 30 – May 1), National Day (September 2), and Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the departure time: no fee will be charged.
• If you cancel within 24 hours before the departure time: 100% of the ticket price will be charged.
