Suppose a product is out of stock or the price is inaccurately displayed on the website. In that case, the company will contact the buyer to adjust or notify the cancellation of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, even if the order has been confirmed or paid for. If the order has been successfully confirmed and paid, the buyer will receive a 100% refund.
If Daiichi Travel cancels a bus service or other service, Daiichi will notify the buyer as soon as possible and try to find a comparable replacement service. If the buyer does not agree to use the replacement service, Daiichi Travel will refund 100% of the ticket price to the buyer.
The buyer must be present at least 30 minutes before the departure time to arrange luggage and seating. Daiichi and its partners are not responsible if the buyer fails to meet this requirement.
Pick-up times for mid-route stops are for reference only, as long-distance buses may experience significant time variations. Buyers booking mid-route tickets should contact Daiichi or the bus operator in advance to get accurate pick-up information. If the buyer fails to contact the bus operator or if the operator cannot reach the buyer for pick-up, Daiichi and its transport partners will not be responsible for missed departures.
If the missed departure is caused by the bus leaving before the scheduled departure time or the operator's failure to pick up the customer despite prior contact, Daiichi will refund 100% of the paid ticket price.
